Our Approach to Shipping
Adohk creates home essentials for everyday living—items meant to be used, not just displayed.
To avoid excess warehousing and overstock, some products may ship from approved manufacturing partners and international fulfillment centers. This model helps us:

- Keep pricing accessible by reducing traditional retail overhead
- Minimize waste through a more efficient supply chain

1) Processing Time & Shipping Fee
We prepare each order carefully before it leaves our facility/partner warehouse.
- Standard processing: 2–4 business days (quality check + packing)
- Busy periods (holidays / year-end peaks): up to 5 business days
- Shipping fee: Flat $5.99 per order (destination doesn’t change the rate)
2) Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment)
Because orders may be dispatched from different hubs, delivery speeds can vary by destination.

3) Tracking Updates

- A lack of immediate updates doesn’t always mean the shipment has stopped—carriers sometimes scan in batches
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments are generally sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning:
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are paid by the customer
- Adohk is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection/clearance
Customs fees are often uncommon for small household items, but rules differ by country.
5) Address Changes, Modifications & Cancellations
We begin handling orders quickly once placed.
If you need to change the shipping address or request a cancellation, email [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order is in processing, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
6) Lost or Damaged Packages
We’ll help resolve delivery issues as fairly and quickly as possible.
Damaged on arrival
If your package arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item
- The outer packaging (and any internal packing materials, if relevant)
After review, we will arrange a free replacement.
Lost in transit
If the carrier confirms a shipment is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
