Welcome to Adohk. In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Adohk. We operate this website and store, and we offer the related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

We strive to display product information accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, and settings. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of a product will match what you expect or what is shown on your screen.

3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Adohk may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance (for example, by sending an order confirmation/acceptance notice) and we have received and processed payment.
Review your order carefully before submitting. After acceptance, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or changes. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale, commercial use, or export.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Billing Information
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place the order and reflected in your confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered by third parties or in other channels.
If a promotion has separate terms and there is a conflict, the promotion terms control for that promotion.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate purchase and account information, including email and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you. You represent that:
- the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
- you are authorized to use the payment method;
- charges will be honored by your payment provider; and

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents—including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, videos, audio, product reviews, and the overall design and arrangement—are owned by Adohk or our affiliates/licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or rights in our intellectual property, Shopify’s intellectual property, or any third party’s intellectual property, except as explicitly stated. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
“Adohk” and related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Adohk or its licensors. Shopify’s name and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
7. Optional Third‑Party Tools
We may provide access to tools or services offered by third parties. We do not control and do not monitor these tools and provide them “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for issues arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
We may add or remove features and tools over time; new features are considered part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.
8. Third‑Party Links & Embedded Features
The Services may include links or embedded functionality from third parties. We do not review or guarantee third-party content, accuracy, or practices. If you leave our Services or interact with third-party features, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for damages arising from third-party websites or services. Review the third party’s policies before engaging in any transaction. Questions or complaints about third-party products/services should be directed to the third party.
9. Relationship With Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. However, purchases and sales made through our store are made directly with Adohk, not Shopify.
You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Adohk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising out of or relating to purchases or transactions with Adohk.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted on Shopify, Shopify may process information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve platform services. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and service providers, including those located in other countries.

11. Feedback & User Submissions
If you submit reviews, ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Adohk a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit Feedback, that you have disclosed any incentives received (if applicable), and that your Feedback complies with these Terms.
We are not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, pay for Feedback, or respond to Feedback. We may remove or edit Feedback at our discretion if we believe it is unlawful, offensive, violates rights, or breaches these Terms.
Feedback must not infringe third-party rights (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights), contain unlawful/abusive/obscene material, or include malware. You are responsible for the accuracy of your Feedback.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product details, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice, including after an order is submitted. We may cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver/Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions limit certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adohk (and our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors), and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs—arising from or related to:
- your use of (or inability to use) the Services;
- any products purchased through the Services; or
- any content made available through the Services,
even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adohk, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- your breach of these Terms or referenced policies;
- your violation of law; or
- your use of the Services or violation of any third-party rights.
We may notify you of claims subject to indemnification. Failure to notify promptly does not relieve you unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement (at your expense) and you agree to cooperate. We will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and severed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions remain in full force.
19. Waiver; Entire Agreement
If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms and any policies posted on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Adohk regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements. Ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.
20. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights/obligations under them without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is void. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights/obligations without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where Adohk is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes, and such changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted (or after the effective date stated in a notice) means you accept the updated Terms.
